My questions are two.
1. eFa works for only Single Target Domain?
2. After uploading another Langage Translation File of eFa,
what part of and How to modify the code of eFa system?

2) What did you modify? Can you share the path? That will help me point you to the right place.

Lang control: /var/www/html/mailscanner/conf.php
English translation file I downloaded:
/var/www/html/mailscanner/languages/en.php

Open an issue with MailWatch and tell them you want to contribute a translation

They are always looking for translators, so you may want to follow this project. Sometimes they request things to be translated, and you could help them
