Issue with allowing spam

Hi guys...I'm a newer EFA user, ex IronPort user...so I am used to like 1 spam message a year! EFA has been problem free thus far but it is whitelisting obvious spam and I am getting hundreds of CVS, Walgreens and Amazon rewards spam messages...any idea how I can reduce these?

Can you provide more information about your problem? Spam reports on those messages that are getting through, for example.

By spam report, I mean the actual report from the message details (https://<efa>/mailscanner/detail.php) , like this:

Still doesn't help.
EFA uses postfix, not procmail. I don't know why your web admin interface gives you that message.
Perhaps you can go back a few steps and tell us how you've installed and then changed your system.

SA seems to be working just fine, in the screenshot I cna see a message scored with 14.33 - what did you set your SPAM limits to? My SPAM limit is 5 and high Scoring SPAM limit is 10. or did I misread that screenshot?
Did you by any chance activate the option for individual SPAM scores? If you do that SA will not filter anything unless you setup all your email users in EFA.
as @pdwalker said: we need way more details about your setup.
