ok so now that I see the users imported from active directory in user management, I tried to test smtp but did not see it go through.

I sent myself a quarantine report got this:

The quarantine report was successfully sent

but I never received the report

How can I test the mail flow and where do I need to configure it? ( I originally logged into EFA console Option 8 mail settings then option 4 transport settings) and setup which domains I receive email for and what mail server to send to after being filtered for spam)

IS there any where else I need to configure mail flow?

Perhaps you need to update your exchange receive connector scope (based on headers from other thread), and include the EFA IP

efa IP is already allowed in my exchange receive connector. any other ideas?

also when using smtp test tool is authentication required for efa to accept the email?
