Hi,

I have a problem with notify.

When send notify to client in text missing link.

Like that:

Our UCE (spam) detectors have been triggered by a message you received:-
  From: bounces@ca.vtiger.email
  Subject: Promotie Solid Edge
  Date: Mon Jul 24 15:54:00 2017
This message has not been delivered. The detectors that were triggered are
spam, SpamAssassin.

The message to you has been detected as spam based on either its contents
or
the mail server which sent the message to us, or both.

If you have any questions about this, or you believe you have received
this message in error, please contact the site system administrators.

Your system administrators will need the following information:
  Server name: m2.server.ro
  Message id: BB85740545.AA613
  Date code: 20170724

If you are satisfied that this message is not spam, you can release it from
quarantine

Note that if this mail has been send to multiple recipients you will
release this mail to all users.

It's possible that your mail server ip address has been blacklisted. I'd first check to see if that is the case with the following tools:

https://www.rblmon.com/
https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

Verify that your IP is clean first.

I verified and it is NOT in any blacklist.

wait, wait... I think I've completely misunderstood your question

Is it:
- Someone is sending one of your users a message
- EFA gets the message and thinks it is spam.
- EFA send a message to that users, "you have spam!"
- user opens the message, but there is no link to the EFA to allow them to view or release the possible spam message

Is that your problem?

Any update on this? I just setup a new 3.0.2.5 server and I'm having this problem out of the box. I added the 'notify' action to Spam Actions. Now when the user gets the notification the link to release the email from quarantine is missing. Here is what it looks like:
