i have one sender who is on a service provided by outlook.com. outlook.com has an untold number of servers and IP addresses/networks, and no matter how many times i click and add this user/domain/ip to the database, the next attempt is still a unique entry to the greylist and held from receiving the email.

can i greylist a single sender email address from never being greylisted?

anything on this one?
