Exchange distribution group quarantine login

OK, this may have been covered somewhere in the docs, but if so, I can't find it, and it may end up being more of a MS question as well.
I've got EFA set up with AD integration, which works great. However, I do have a number of mail distribution lists in Exchange.
My question is, how do I have a designated user log into the spam quarantine for a distribution group? As far as I know, AD doesn't allow you to assign passwords or login rights to a distribution group.
Further, the same question applies to individual aliases- in Exchange, these are additional addresses attached to a single mail user (ie. Bob Smith has bsmith@mydomain.com, bobs@mydomain.com, and accounting@mydomain.com) How does the user access these individual quarantines, or, alternatively, how do we merge these into a single quarantine box (attached to the actual username) in the event that they are single user aliases?
Thanks in advance, even if you can only point me in the right direction. Using Exchange 2013, and the latest EFA.
