Hello,
I've received a e-mail which is seen as spam. When i'm clicking on 'release' and then submit nothing happens. I don't get the e-mail.

postmaster@domain.tld ->
helpdesk@domain.com Re: srv 51.5kB 0.00 Whitelisted
Can I see why it isn't send to my e-mail address?

I can acknowledge that:
When I try to SA learn or release a message in detail.php, nothing happens when I press the Submit button.
The same page is shown but no information text if the action was successful.
The message is also not released.
The actions are working in rep_message_ops.php under Reports --> Message Actions
This worked before the upgrade to 3.0.1.9.

1) Have you cleared browser cache since upgrading?
2) Do you see any error messages in /var/log/httpd ?

I could also confirm this issue in my setup (from scratch as mentioned on the wiki, VM on XenServer 6.5), if I switch to my language
'de'.
As long as I stay on
'en' I get also a feedback about the taken action.
Code: Select all
/var/www/html/mailscanner/conf.php:
// Define language (de, en, fr, it, nl, pt_br);
define('LANG', 'en');

Issue is fixed in MailWatch, pulling in to 3.0.2.0 update (coming out shortly)

Relase e-mail is still not working. Will this work with kerio connect (Exchange)?
Updated to 3.0.2.1. But still nothing. Also no errors in httpd error log. Used two different email addresses.
Edit, this e-mails I receive:
11/04/17 18:41:31 root@mailaddress helpdesk@mailaddress EFA Monitor ALERT 769B 0.00 Whitelisted
11/04/17 18:41:31 root@mailaddress helpdesk@mailaddress EFA Monitor ALERT 771B 0.00 Whitelisted
11/04/17 18:41:31 root@mailaddress helpdesk@mailaddress EFA Monitor ALERT 772B 0.00 Whitelisted
11/04/17 18:41:31 root@mailaddress helpdesk@mailaddress EFA Monitor ALERT 774B 0.00 Whitelisted
But release e-mails which are send:
11/04/17 18:50:56
postmaster@domain.tld hjalmar@mailaddress domain.com expiration 54.04kB 0.00 Whitelisted
11/04/17 18:49:56
postmaster@domain.tld helpdesk@mailaddress domain.com expiration 54.04kB 0.00 Whitelisted
Not. Can I change
postmaster@domain.tld somehow?

When you release the mail, what do you see in /var/log/maillog?
Re: Release e-mail

Result Messages: Release: message released to mailaddress.
But in /var/log/maillog nothing about the release.

On mailwatch site it says:
Changelog
Fixes
Regression in SA Learning and Releasing not working in detail page
Fir latest version (1.2.2) but EFA is using 1.2.3dev . Is it possible that fixes from the stable version are not included in the development version?
Why is EFA using a dev version btw.?

I did click on "release the e-mail" and now I see something in the maillog:
Your host is rejecting the mails being released, based on the sender address.
Code: Select all
05/0.01, dsn=5.1.8, status=bounced (host 185.12.13.61[185.12.13.61] said: 553 5.1.8 Sender address <postmaster@domain.tld> domain does not exist (in reply to MAIL FROM command))

eFa is using the dev version because the 1.2.2 release has some rather large issues discovered after release. Both MailWatch and eFa are working to stabilize the code base after releasing the security fixes, necessitating the use of the development branch to quickly fix problems as they arise.

Yes, I know. But can I not change the address "
postmaster@domain.tld" to something else?
