Strange things are a-foot.
randomly i am seeing the below where spam is just not being checked at all and is being delivered.
The only tell-tale sign is that Spam Report Score / Matching rule of : Timed Out, but i cannot for the life of me work out where or what is timing out or why?
I have tried changing our MailScanner children back to 5 (we run them at 40 normally on 8CPus) but no difference.
Any ideas ?
BTW i followed the bug report Shawn did, but as we only run Clam i added :
sudo usermod clam -G mtagroup
sudo usermod clamav -G mtagroup
but no change.
No Spam checking ?
Re: No Spam checking ?
If you run the SpamAssassin lint from the MailScanner web interface it will time the tests. Possible info to be found there. I would also check munin for spikes in processor usage and/or DNS timeouts or query volume. You can also enable the MySQL plugin to check your database throughput...
