what kind of support are you looking for?
spamassassin does SPF and DKIM checks.
not sure about DMARC.
There is however a problem which I haven't found a solution for when EFA is used for outgoing emails and uses opendkim to sign outgoing emails with the DKIM key - it seems the body hash is always wrong when the recipient side checks the key.

That's odd, because I have a working outbound DKIM on my system. You don't want to modify the message going out, of course.

As for out of the box, no, but you can add this support with openDKIM etc.

@shawniverson: would you mind sharing what you have disabled to get DKIM working? i.e. signing outgoing emails, etc.
I have posted into several related threads trying to figure this out but DKIM has still shows wrong on the recipient side.

ovizii,
the best response still seems to be
viewtopic.php?t=1006
I just tested my dkim and dkim signing is still working properly since I set it up back in 3.0.0.7.
