Hello,
I want to remove the email as soon as It is delivered. I tried to change q_days=0 in etc/MailScanner/defaults but it was not successful as some mails which were came in greylist weren't delivered everytime, If the email is not delivered, it should stay in the mail filter so it can be released

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Firstly, you will want to disable storing non-spam.

In EFA-Configure 8) Spam Settings 1) Non Spam Settings

Secondly, you need to decide whether or not to use greylisting. Greylisting, by design, works directly with the postfix MTA. Emails greylisted that never clear the greylist will never be logged or quarantined, because they never will be accepted by the MTA.
