Just noticed release to alternate recipient has been removed from Mailwatch. Was that done on purpose?

I don't know if this was done on purpose, I see no mention of it in the changelogs

I just wanted to post the same thing as we miss this feature as well, how can we fix this feature to work again?

Not on purpose, appears to be the result of code changes in MailWatch.
