I have a requirement to create an administrator that is able to release mails if they are seen as spam (but aren't).
I made them a domain administrator, but the option to release emails is not there...

However, the only way that I can see is to allow this is to make them an administrator, which, I really don't want them to be - I don't really want them to be an administrator at all, but to simply release emails incorrectly marked as spam but I'm happy to settle for them being a domain administrator.

Is there a way to do this currently?

Is there a definitive answer to this? Even if it's a no, then I'd like to know
