Spam not delivered message after migrating

We just migrated from 3.0.0.8 VMware appliance to 3.0.1.5 Hyper-V. We have multiple domains that we filter for and one of the domains is complaining about NOT receiving the spam not delivered messages as much as they did before...go figure. I guess in their mind something is not working properly since this is happening. We are still seeing the spam not delivered go out but definitely far less than before for other domains. Just wanted to see if this was something that has been tuned since 3.0.0.8 or anything else to check on our end, but in using ESVA before EFA and EFA since the beginning all appears to be functioning as I would expect. More spam high scoring instead?

The spam rate or score doesn't seem to have changed...just the functionality there.

Hmm....not sure why that would be. Is every actual spam message sending out a Spam not delivered message, at least?

Hey Shawn, thanks for following up. I'm the one that emailed you by the way. But no it doesn't appear to be sending very many spam not delivered emails at all. some low scoring spam it will shoot one off but doesn't seem to do high scoring spam at all. Should it?
