Not able to release items from quarantine

Lately started having problems when a user presses release from quarantine report the mail just gets caught in quarantine again. Also the FROM address changes to
postmaster@my-domain.com. I tried whitelisting postmaster and the recipient as well as whitelisting the original sender.
What got screwed up?

Turned out I did not have 127.0.0.1 enabled in one of the mailscanner settings. Found it by doing a Google search on
'Mailwatch release quarantine fails'

webguyz I am having the same issue, what do I need to add 127.0.0.1 to?
