XML-RPC Error: Didn't receive 200 OK from remote server. (HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found) ?

If I go to EFA => open a message, scroll to the bottom I see:

XML-RPC Error: Didn't receive 200 OK from remote server. (HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found)

not sure what triggered this, might have been me changing names/domains/etc. how do I make sure my hostname and domain in EFA and my /etc/hosts and /etc/sysconfig/network settings are correct?

Are you running multiple EFA's with XML-RPC enabled?

no I don't but I think this has been solved as I am on the same network although a different subnet with another company who also uses EFA. It seems some routing went wrong and the two EFAs "encountered each other" on the same network.
