Build from scratch issue

Hi,
I'm trying to install EFA onto a physical server/machine and am having problems.
I'm following https://wiki.efa-project.org/doku.php?id=building_e.f.a. I've downloaded and copied the CentOS iso to USB, booted from the USB stick. Ive then tabbed and told it to use the ks.cfg file. (3.0.0.9)
It does all of this fine. I leave it for a while, come back to it and find it is at the screen informing me the system has completed and halted. At this point I can't reboot it by CTRL+ALT+DEL, I have to hit the reset button or power it off and back on.
Upon powering it back on, it then fails to boot. Also, the USB stick then appears to contain multiple partitions and I have to re-image that with the CentOS image.
At no point does it ask me where I would like to install the image etc.
Any pointers?! I've tried on 2 physical boxes (both with normal HDD's installed) with the same result.
Regards
Colin
