ISsues with false positives

Hi all,

I have recently deployed this to my home mail server [replaced ESVA which i've successfully used for years], all my mail comes straight into EFA from the internet and it handles it all very well, I handle multiple domains without any issues.

I have a client who is getting a lot of SPAM even though they go through GFI mail essentials so I deployed a GFI server onto their virtual host and configured it to handle everything that comes through from GFI.

However it is stopping a lot of valid emails, I don't want to white list GFI's IP as they are sending through some Spam which is the whole reason that I wanted to deploy this in the first place.

Any ideas anyone? Would appreciate any help / assistance
