I activated shortcircuit for BAYES_ZERO RULE in local.cf with priority As you can see here if a message get a BAYES_ZERO il get also SHORTCIRCUIT
BUT it executes also other rules, not all but some other yes

RBL Check are asyncronous, so some pass also if there is a shortcircuit
SA core modification is needed to make rbl syncronous
