It appears that the instructions were left hanging in the middle. Is that true ? If so, where can I find a complete set of instructions ?

While I am at it, is 3.0.1.1 available as a download, or do you just update ?

The guide is complete, its just the 7 steps mentioned.

3.0.1.1 is only an update, 3.0.0.9 is the latest install image for new users, the next release will probably see a new image again.
