Is it possible that specific keywords would be excluded from spam filter?
I know you can put domains in whitelists, but what about keywords? is that possible in EFA?

Yes

Best way is to use spamassassin and create your own rule to give it a negative score. You can use MCP as well, but all it really is another instance of spamassassin.
