I have EFA-3.0.1.1, I can't release the attachement from the quarantine.
for example I have traied to release mail with double extension attachment but no message error and no message release.

How i can solve this issue ?

I'm having a problem with releasing mail from quarantine as well. When someone does a release, they just get the same release message over and over again, not the actual message. The only way to get the message out of quarantine is to release it to an alternate recipient and forward it to the original recipient once the alternate recipient receives the message.
