How users of mail server can send mail via EFA ?

Hello
We don't want to duplicate users in mail server and in EFA server. Besides, even if we wanted to do it we would not know how !!!
So how to set EFA for a user to send an email ? We want to be able to use EFA with and without authentication internally (in "mynetworks") and we want to force authentication if the user is not in "mynetworks" ...
