What I am trying to ask is if this is intended behavior:
A SPAM mail arrives for a domain my EFA is handling but for an unknown recipient.
EFA quarantines the email and sends an email notification to this unknown recipient that a message was containing SPAM with tthe link to release it from the quarantine. so obviously my mailserver is going to bounce it back to EVA.
SPAM => unknown recipient => EFA => SPAM not delivered note => unknown recipient?

That is correct.
You can disable the release link (as you should, now deprecated) using EFA-Configure in Spam Settings.

Thanks, any links for what is replacing the release email link? That is the reason I switched from scrollout to EFA :-/
