I'm currently running EFA by using one of your provided KVM appliances but I'd much rather have it running inside an LXC container.
I'm using Proxmox as my hypervisor and it is tightly integrated to use TKL LXC templates from here: https://www.turnkeylinux.org/

I prefer LXC to KVMs as there's less overhead and a few other perks.
