User settings for particular user not working

Hello

I've installed E.F.A and it works great thank you. Only one thing is not working or I don't understand it.
I'd like to configure different settings for users, one user should disabled and other users with different Spam Score settings. I edit settings but it is not working. For example one user Spam Score is set to 3 and all mails between 3 and 5 are untagt and delivered as clean.

My users are ActiveDirectory integrated (LDAP).

I understand I have to set this settings (see attachment) and it should working?
