Hello, I need to perform exchange maintenance. While this is happening, I would like to forward email sent to an address to an external address while the maintenance is ongoing. Is there a way to do this within EFA?

Yeah, you could tell postfix to do that. Not sure the details off the top of my head. An easy way would be simply to change the delivery to another mail server.
