question about the release-msg.cgi

Hello,

i have a question about the release-msg.cgi.
If a customer receive a "recipient.spam.report email with the release-msg.cgi link, if he click on it, then he will receive that email.
But is this link doing something else, like a "report as ham" ?
I ask this, because i suspect that one of our customer released a "iTunes limited account" spam ... and some time after that, all his stuff was not anymore seen as spams ...
Thanks to let me know.
Best regards

hello,

yes, i'm talking about the spam marked emails. Right after this tag, the server send a spam notification, telling him that he receiced a email, marked as spam, and that he can release it clicking the link provided.
It's the text from : /etc/MailScanner/reports/en/recipient.spam.report.txt

My question is : will it "whitelist" or mark as Ham if someone click on that link ?
Or will it ONLY release that email, and no one other, also if we received some of this emails (i'm not talking about CC or BCC) ?
Thanks
Best regards

the release-msg.cgi release only.
but the mail may be effacted by SpamAssassion AWL if you're using it..
accurding to SpamAssassion AWL expriance it can adjust the score of the message to be not spam, and vice versa.

check your spam score rule:
-x.x AWL Adjusted score from AWL reputation of From: address

little more understanding:
