I appreciate that if an e-mail has multiple recipients, only one is required to release the e-mail and the e-mail is then release to all recipients. However, would it be possible to add an option for released e-mails to have a Subject line tag to indicate that the e-mail has been released.

I understand that part of this is simple mailbox management; however with multiple staff and external partners on an e-mail distribution it would help to drastically reduce confusion.

That makes sense, perhaps prepend a [Released from EFA] to subject?
