Is there anyway to remove stored mail?

For eg. Remove all mail stored that is older than 01/09/2015.

Any help would greatly be appreciated

did you know, that only mails from last 30 days are saved in quarantine?

Look here for instructions on setting the # of days to keep the Archive/Audit/Quarantine messages.
