Hi,

Is it possible to create an account on the EFA, which can only manage for example 2 of the 20 domains?

Yes, designate the account as a domain admin.

The account should have the @domain as part of the username.

And if this user has 5 domains to manage? I don't want 5 different accounts, just 1.

Then no, not at this time I guess.

Suggest it as a feature and if enough people want/need it, maybe it'll happen.

Have you considered setting up more than one efa box? Use one for the 5 domains and give that user full access to manage their domains and the other box can manage the other domains.

This would need either different public IPs for the two boxes, or if you are IP limited, another SMTP proxy to accept the mail and send it to the proper internal EFA server.

What are you trying to accomplish exactly?

A partner of us has 5~6 domains, which runs through our EFA Filter. But full access isn't something you give everyone.

Then a second efa device just for handling their mail domains is what I'd do - which depends on your ability to send mail for different domains to different devices either via a relay, or using multiple ip addresses.

Maybe efa can do what you are asking (one account, multiple domains), but I don't know about that.
