Recent Messages and Quarantine lists not showing messages

Hello

When I log in as a regular user I cannot see any Recent Messages or any mail in Quarantine. When I am in the overview of all the quarantine folders I can see the number of messages in the folders but when I click on a folder the folder is empty.

Has anyone encountered this problem? And how can I fix this issue?

Do you happen to have "HIDE_HIGH_SPAM" enabled in /var/www/html/mailscanner/conf.php ?

Yes it is set on true, I changed it to false and it seamed to fix the problem!

But those emails were not marked as spam, so why were they hidden?
