SA-Learn Issues

Hi all,
I have searched the forums for a solution and no one has this issue apparently.
I have this EFA appliance configured to "store" non-spam messages. However, when going to reports -- Message Listing, I see several "green" messages which the system had deemed "not-spam." And this is fine. Yet, when clicking the box to the left of the green listed message, the SA-Learn option does not appear at the bottom.
However, when clicking on a red or pink message that has been flagged as spam, the SA-Learn DOES show up at the bottom.
How to I get to use the gui SA-Learn option on Green Messages that are actually spam??
In my case, I have a decent amount of green/non-spam marked messages getting through that are indeed spam.
I'd like a way to not have to SSH and use the CLI to perform SA-Learn functions. Am I missing a setting someplace?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!!!!!
