I have setup a brand new Exchange and everything seems to be working if I take EFA out of the picture. i have the SMTP port in FW configured to go to EFA. I have tried sending email from Gmail and my work address but no luck.

Do I need to turn off the Exchange Spam controls? Does this not mean that I have to manage the whitelist/blacklist in two places?
Any instructions on how to Send via EFA using Exchange so we don't get blacklisted?
I implemented this in exchange, but it won't help since I cannot get any incoming emails showing up in EFA console or Exchange OWA

This was good but only took my so far, there is not much help for post install issues.

I would like to use EFA for my server, I think it is a good tool and wouldn't mind contributing but help is hard to find. Are there any detailed instructions for working with Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2013?
