Today's' Totals report strange Clamav outdated

I was not able to solve this, Clamav status is correct I have a pattern of today
please help me ?

Mailscanner -> Tools/Links -> ClamAV Status

It says OK
also now it is updated another time but message in "Today's Totals" still remain

It seems that it was the name of a virus
I sent me an eicar virus and now the message is still normal
