Whitelisting a network

Can CIDR notation be used when whitelisting IP's? It allows me to enter an IP in such as 216.239.32.0/19 I just want to confirm that this is actually whitelisting that entire network and won't be ignored due to incorrect IP format.

If this isn't supported is there an easy to way to whitelist a range of IPs?

The web interface you are using is mailscanner.

Mailwatch currently does not support CIDR ranges.

You should, however, be able to whitelist by listing part of the octets.

i.e.

Code: Select all

216.239.32

Hi I was just wondering i someone could confirm that this is still the correct method for whitelisting a CIDR range in v3.0.2.3 or can slashes be used now ?
