Whats the best way to change the hostname of the system?

The following files should be changed at least:

- /etc/sysconfig/network
- /etc/hosts
- /etc/EFA-Config
- /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf

I never tried it (do it right the first time.. ) but change those and reboot.
