Hi
I received an update notice tonight so I ran the update sequence via option 14.
After the core update, and restart, when I select 14 again to do the efa update, I now get a constant error saying the version file downloaded does not seem to be valid.
Exiting now.
Looking on the forum, this was asked by one person who said it was down to a firewall preventing access. this isn't the case on this appliance.
Where do I look to remove the downloaded file and force it to try again?

I refreshed the EFA-Version file, wait a few minutes and give it another try.

Just an FYI for anyone receiving this error. Don't forget to check your own Infrastructure!
I had the same error after trying to update.

It turns out it was my own infrastructure causing the issue! I reinstalled 3 times. Doh!
I logged into my webfilter and sure enough the IP address for the EFA was getting blocked.
I added an exemption to my web filter for the EFA IP address to allow the EFA filter unfettered internet access, and good to go!
