user login on their own

Hi , is there a way to have a user create their own username and password
eg: say i have a domain called domain.com and have a new user called johns@domain.com

instead of me creating the username and password (so he could receive quarantine report)
can he somehow from the login screen (be an option "new user" and the system will email him a random password or something like that

my end result is to have each user create their own account, instead of having the admin manually create it for them

I think that the easiest way is to join your Efa to the domain.
