New Mails from unknown Users take long time

Hello all,

i got some strange problem with EVA (latest update).
New Mails from unknown users take long time to deliver. I can see them in EVA but they will deliver after ~40 Minutes.
If this Mail sends a second one after the first is delivered it comes within 15 seconds and without problems.

Iam running EVA on Vsphere 6.0 with 1 CPU and 2GB RAM.

Is there someone who knwos this problem?

Since you said you are seeing them in EFA I'm not sure but are you using greylisting?
Is your final destination server maybe also using greylisting? That would explain why the message is idling around EFA for so long.

We use Greylist in EFA. Alls other spam Features on our mailserver are disabled.

Yes I can see them in "Last 50 Messages"

I will disable greylisting and test again
