example I see 14.47 SA spam score on MailWatch panel but the mail not detect as spam.
Does anyone have an idea?

1) Do you have per user mode turned on?

1) Yes. [EFA] Per user scoring is ENABLED
Also i cannot change default spam score

I have disabled Per user scoring and its works as global scoring

It turns out if per user scoring is enabled the user must exist in Mailwatch. I wrongly assumed a per user scoring would check for a differing user score and if not present would use the global score.

Add an EFA-Configure option to enable this feature. Place a note that any users not in the MailWatch table will not be scanned for spam.
