signature in outbound messages

I use efa between Exchange and internet
now i sign inbound messages only
if i watch sig.html.rules it says that also outbound messagess must be signed but no sign added to outbound messages
To: *@gruppocomet.it /etc/MailScanner/reports/en/inline.sig.in.html
To: default /etc/MailScanner/reports/en/inline.sig.out.html

(inline.sig.out.html contains html code)

Check your spacing in that file. Make sure you have a single tab, not spaces.
