Can not set efa back to port 80

I upgraded to 3.0.1.1 - I can not set efa to not use HTTPS - I already have services on port 443 so need to be able to set efa to Port 80
When I attempt to do this via Apache Settings - no matter what I do it stays enabled and redirection to port 443 stays enabled. Any ideas?
