I have a a domain that is constantly blocked due to having a high score of 5.00 KAM_BODY_URIBL_PCCC. I see there is a bug listed as fixed for the next version https://github.com/E-F-A/v3/issues/135

Whats my options as a work around until the next release?

Run:

Although it should have ran on its own by now (runs daily by cron by default)
