Hi,
If I have a particular user that I do not want to scan email for spam, the option within user management is not working.
I have tried to both untick the option to scan e-mail for spam and I have increased the spam score to 50 and high spam score to 60 and it still scans the email and uses the default server settings.
Is there anyway to enforce these settings in user management?

Is the username the email address of the user?

Still looking into this...I'm testing some things on my end to see if maybe there's something up with MailWatch...
Re: Scan e-mail for spam
Hello, I would just like to add that we seem to have the same issue. We've told the email users that wish to opt out to raise their spam score for the interim. I'm ready to dig in and find the culprit and post it here. Just need a good starting point.
thanks.

thanks.
