Backup whitelists etc

Post by Justin »

Hi there,

I would like to know which of the files i need to backup to recover, may it ever crash.
Had this before, and the whole whitelist needed to recreate itself but i would like to import the existing one.

This would also be very usefull when building an extra spamfilter next to it, or recover from a crash.

I guess the database also needs to be taken in the backup.

Sean,

What is the purpose for this backup file? Is it supposed to include all the local configuration files?

If so, then could you include /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf?
