We manage several hundred domain names, and as soon as we surpass the 100 domain mark, the 8>4 menu (Transport, Delivery destinations) cannot accept any input.
Usually you'd enter the number of the domain you wish to modify, and we can do this up to 99 domains active. Once there are 100+ domains, any entry is invalid (either 1s, 10s or 100s).
When some domains are removed from /etc/postfix/transport and postmap run to get the list back under 100, it once again works.
Is this a limitation that can be resolved? Seems to be to do with the bash script EFA-Configure and the way it's created, however I could be wrong.
Thank you.

I'll open an issue. Definitely a limitation in EFA-Configure.

Re: Transport settings - maximum
Thank you for filing the bug.
Worth noting that when the domain count is over 100, selecting a domain with number of 100 or higher it does work however below 100 does not.
This was incorrectly indicated in the original post here.
