Release from quarantine

Hi all,

We recently moved a esva server to efa after a virt disk crash, now we have a issue that mails released by users from quarantine is marked as spam again and not released. I remember that I have this issue in esva also but somehow we fixed that whit a rule, but since that server is gone I don't have a chance to check what rule did the trick. So I hope that some of you guys had the same issue and can give me a hint.

Do you have localhost (127.0.0.1) in your whitelist?

Should be

From: 127.0.0.1
To: default
