I have a user who is quite frustrated by legit emails being flagged as spam and wants to have his mail not filtered by EFA at all. At this point, I am only too happy to oblige.
I don't always create users in EFA, though I understand there is an option when creating an account to answer "No" to "Spam Check." Is this the best way to go about having all of a particular user's email bypass EFA altogether.
Thanks,
Mark

Re: Possible to exclude a user?
That should work.
He's probably about to find out the true meaning of spam
