I have a number of domains in my EFA which are managed by others. I have setup domain administrators for each of the domains.
When logged in as a domain administrator, they are unable to add senders to the white list as the drop down to the right of @ symbol in the to field is blank.
How can I enable this option for them? See below for the example of the problem.
Thanks
Matthew

Re: Users Cannot add to Whitelist
I will check this and post results or possible bug fix, depending on issue.
Re: Users Cannot add to Whitelist
Just to update here. I was running version 3.0.0.6. I have upgraded to 3.0.0.8 and the problem still exists. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

Re: Users Cannot add to Whitelist
Are your domain administrators defined as "username@domain.com" as the login?
Re: Users Cannot add to Whitelist
Sorry for the delayed response.
No, the usernames are the full domain name - ie. xyz.com.au
I created a test account with the username as an email and that seems to have allowed access to add to the white list. Is this expected behaviour?
I previously created the usernames for domain administrators as xyz.com.au as I thought this was the correct way. Has something changed or did I read the documentation incorrectly?
