mass mail sent

Hi,
yesterday my EFA-Project Server received a mass attack from a unique domain.
Probably the customer attacked from a virus or someone identified his password.
In one day they sent 5000 mail, 1 per second, like this:

There are a possibility to limit on outgoing messages from a domain (per hour)?
Or a function that a knows that there is a spam attack when it's verified?
